Le cadre,l’environnement. Le personnel pas toujours aimable et pas très réactif notamment l’accueil léger pour un hôtel de ce standing. Par contre les serveurs au restaurant de plage au Grecotel impérial étaient très bien

The setting was lovely with fantastic views and a good dining room, but the food was only warm, and if you got one half of your meal you had to wait for the other half to come out; plastic deckchairs on the beach were hardly 5*; the room was not cleaned to a good enough standard, the bathroom needed replacing and updating.

The location, facilities, garden, and service were great, and the staff were very friendly and attentive.

Clean, comfortable, spacious, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. My only concern was that if you have a walking disability, it can be steep in places and on the steps.
