The property is NEW, very well maintained with very spacious areas, a true double bed, all services are excellent, and the location is perfect for those heading to the race track, you can even walk there in 3 minutes. Host Silvia was very kind and available for any request, we definitely recommend this place and will return gladly!

There's no need to repeat the positives of this stay; I fully agree with all the other reviews. I'm usually very detail‑oriented and ROUTE75 exceeded my expectations. Silvia was very welcoming and genuinely helpful. I strongly recommend this place to everyone.

The property is good quality, clean, well lit and has all the essentials. The host is friendly, accommodating and quick to help. Parking is plentiful. The only issue was that it was a bit hard to locate because copying the address from the booking into the GPS gave an inaccurate destination, and there is little signage even though the host explained the entrance in the pre‑check communication.
