The only good thing was the location, being close to the event we were attending. My experience at the hotel was very disappointing; the staff were not friendly or courteous, and the room was in poor condition. The bathroom didn’t work properly either. Customer service and facility upkeep are critical areas that need improvement. It wasn’t a pleasant stay, and honestly, I wouldn’t stay there again or recommend it.

The location. The beds were in bad condition, the bathroom was in bad condition, the outlets did not work.
