The location is quiet in the city yet within walking distance of the ferries to Naoshima and Teshima. The filter coffee is tasty, there’s a soup on arrival, and many other amenities. A supermarket is just around the corner. The only downside was the kitchen sink, which was a bit inconvenient, and the lack of tea towels, which is normal in Japan.

The apartment sits in a great spot with shops and a port nearby, and the bedroom is large. The toilet and bathroom are shared, but we were alone in the house the whole time, so it didn’t bother us.

The cleanliness was good. I could hear the neighboring room’s noise clearly, which was a bit annoying.

The staff’s consideration made the stay comfortable. The kitchen had pots, pans, and dishes, which set it apart from others. When I arrived, there was no staff present, so I felt a little uneasy, but after emailing them, they replied promptly, which was reassuring.

Finding the place was easy, though I struggled with the keybox at first. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the beds were very comfortable. It’s within walking distance of the Naoshima and Teshima ports and several good restaurants. The walls were thin, so I could hear other guests, but everyone was respectful, so it wasn’t a big deal.
