“Overrated and overpriced”

The place was nice and I liked the public pool the most, but it felt overpriced and overrated; the private pool needed better upkeep, the setting promised a nature vibe but overall it wasn’t worth the price, and I doubt the booking score; the ceramic floor was slippery, the AC made it very cold, some bar staff were unfriendly, and I suspect a bag I asked to be checked might have been lost—though I’m not 100% sure, I think it’s about 98% lost.

“The perfect place to celebrate our 5th anniversary”

We just got back from Diwana Suite in Ubud and I'm still smiling about it. We came to celebrate our fifth anniversary, and when the team found out, they upgraded us to their villa. We didn't expect it at all, and it set the tone for the whole stay. They also surprised us with a complimentary photo shoot, which gave us beautiful memories to take home, and a floating breakfast that felt like something out of a movie. They gave us a discount on the spa too, and the treatment was so relaxing we didn't want to leave. What stood out most was the people. Everyone was warm and attentive, and they made us feel truly looked after. Thank you to the whole team for making our anniversary so special. We'll definitely be back!. Nothing

“I like the vibe of the place calming welcoming and in harmony”

The staff were very friendly, the décor was lovely, the garden and spa were beautiful, and the room was very comfortable and spacious, but the Turkish breakfast fell short.

Everything is beautiful, I recommend it 🇸🇦🇸🇦 but the bathroom lacks privacy because the glass door is transparent 😅
