The location was great, and the Gopass gave free access to the lifts and aquaparks, yet the restaurant felt too small for such a large hotel.

Nothing to praise, the reservations staff had no customer‑service skills, though the front desk was helpful; the cable car isn’t open all year, so check its hours before booking. The rooms are dim, and the beds are only 75 cm wide, whereas the standard is 90 cm.

The rooms are probably new; the last time I stayed here was over 15 years ago. The wellness area still misses a cooling pool after the sauna, the shower basins are too small for me, and the outdoor mini‑lake is shallow, dirty, and filled with fine sediment from a nearby mountain stream. The kitchen is a weak point of the hotel – not terrible, but it falls short of the hotel’s category.
