The private room was comfortable and clean, there were plenty of common areas to relax, the bar was pretty affordable in the evenings, they offered a good breakfast deal that included coffee and a breakfast burger, and the location was quite central

The location is great and the front‑desk staff were welcoming and clean, but I was quite disappointed with the customer service before our stay; the tour options were unclear and I had to chase them several times, and the biggest issue was that I booked a twin room but we were given a double room, showing poor attention to detail and many simple things were missed or overlooked, so I would not stay here again; although the hostel claims many awards, it is well below par in my opinion

Excellent, modern, clean hostel. Convenient location in a safe area. Comfortable and spacious common zones, the kitchen is fully equipped. Friendly and responsive staff, they help and advise on any questions
