The rooms were very clean and spacious, with a lot of charm that I really liked. The same goes for the location—it’s in a vineyard. The internet connection was fast! I missed blankets and the pillow was too low for me. You have to rent a car to explore the region, but that’s expected and not a real issue for me.

The place is wonderfully quiet, with spacious grounds and a direct feel of nature, but we were deeply upset to discover that, despite the freedom given to cats, they seemed poorly looked after and needed checking, and the hidden dogs in a pen beyond the vineyards were in a miserable state—dirty, without clean water, living in a makeshift trash‑bin kennel full of old feces, which even the local police noticed; sadly the situation never improved, and despite the beautiful setting we couldn’t ignore this tragedy.
