From the moment we arrived, a hairdryer and kettle were offered. Cleaning, towel replacement, and other requests can be arranged for free at the reception or by chatting with the administrator, who responds quickly to all questions, comments, and requests. A chat is created at booking where everything can be asked and explained. The staff are friendly and eager to help with any matter, they make concessions, we arrived at 6 am and were allowed to leave our luggage at reception until check‑in, and the same was offered at check‑out. I am satisfied with the staff, the location is quite convenient, but it takes more than 30 minutes on foot to reach the sea, although there are stops from which you can ride. Considering we were only staying overnight, everything was very comfortable and it was nice to be there during the day. There is an air‑conditioner, which is essential in summer, and for an extra fee you can wash and iron clothes. Other positives include a convenient layout, a direct route to the city center, and a nearby tram. The distance to the sea is quite far, but that’s not critical because you can get there by car, and I have no critical complaints.

I arrived for a competition, the Arena Sport was not far away. The Chayka beach was also relatively close. The reception girls (Yana and Diana) were always in touch via messenger (in my case Telegram). Before arrival I left my belongings at reception, and after departure I also left them there until the evening, which was convenient, thank you. Everything was great. Price/quality fully match.
