The room was spacious with a balcony. The floor wasn’t clean during our stay. Breakfast options were very limited, especially no soupy meal even though it was listed. Hot water for the shower was scarce because of the water tank usage.

The location is nice, close to Sapa central station. It’s not senior friendly, has no elevators, and they put us on a higher floor.

I enjoyed the breakfast and the room was spacious, but the pillows were missing on the bed. Initially we were given a room that hadn’t been cleaned yet, and we were told we’d be on the 2nd floor but ended up on the 4th floor—though that was fixed right away.

The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Kiv who definitely deserves a raise; everyone was welcoming and always smiling, and there were no complaints.

Everything was fantastic: the food was lovely, the staff were great, the room was roomy and spotless, and they let us store our bags for an entire day on the last day free of charge because our bus wasn’t until late at night; the location was brilliant, close to Sapa station and other great food spots outside the restaurant.
