I was really disappointed with the hotel's appearance, which didn't match the photos at all. The reality was far from what I had expected, and it was quite a letdown. Although I was initially excited about staying here, the actual experience fell short of my expectations. The hotel's appearance was not as impressive as the pictures suggested.

I had a terrible experience with the hotel booking, as I couldn't find the hotel after making a reservation through the platform. What's worse, the booking was fake, and I had already paid for it, but I couldn't get a refund. The whole situation was frustrating and left a bad taste in my mouth. I felt deceived by the platform's false representation of the hotel.
