“The location was lovely and the entertainment was good ,it’s a shame the chalet was filthy”

I found absolutely nothing good, though the sheets were clean; the place was filthy all the way through—doors, curtains, floor, dishes, and cutlery.

“Not the best”

The chalet was in bad condition: cigarette burns on the floor, broken tiles in the kitchen, and I had to wash the saucepans and cooking dish before using them; the bathroom lacked a towel hook and a place for toiletries.

Everything was within arm's reach, the staff were always friendly and helpful, and it was a fun place for both kids and adults.

“Bath was very very small”

We stayed in a chalet with our dog and cooked our own meals, etc. We paid £30 to bring our pet but it wasn’t allowed in the café on sight; the bus service was awful, always late or overcrowded.
