Very good hotel facilities, big rooms and easy to get local foods, mini market & laundry. Staff helpful & friendly. Always use public transport for to Haram

The bathroom tools were poor, the water rushed hard and the tap could not be slowed because it was broken; there were screws on the floor that caused foot injuries.
