The hotel was fine, with decent rooms and courteous staff, but the AC was noisy and very disruptive; the pillows were a bit too firm and large.

The staff were courteous, the rooms stayed clean, and the food quality was good, yet for VIT parents the location feels a bit far, the windows offer no view, and the beds are fluffy—those who prefer a firmer mattress may find them uncomfortable.

Breakfast was really good and I recommend it, but the bathroom needs renovation; old fittings and patchwork give a bad impression, and ongoing civil work starts at 7 am, which is disturbing.

The hotel sits in a great spot, but the complimentary breakfast was only vegetarian, something that wasn't listed on their website.
