The bar was cozy, and every room convenience was there – robes, slippers, nice wine and champagne glasses, a wine opener, a Bluetooth speaker – they thought of everything! And, of course, the location was great.

The front desk staff were all very nice, warm, and welcoming! There was a housefly and a few small flies in our room. We stayed for three nights. It was quite irritating. On the second day, the housekeeping was very prompt. But on the third day, when we returned to our room after 3 pm, it still wasn’t cleaned. We felt the cleaning took far too long, as we couldn't rest after a day outside. On the last day, there was a big black long stain on one of our towels after the cleaning. We didn’t receive a new body lotion either (but the young man at reception kindly gave us one after I mentioned the issue). I would suggest they put a dustbin in the room as well, because just one small dustbin in a toilet corner is very inconvenient.

The location was excellent and the staff were very pleasant, helpful and friendly, but the breakfast area was cramped and a bit Spartan.
