“Great room and huge space. But pool was filthy”
I love the huge space provided in the room and the restaurant prices were amazing. They have this meal deal where you get soup, entree with drink, and desert for under $9- plus the food was delicious. Staff was great!1. The POOL!!!! The pool was cloudy, dirty and needed to be cleaned. When you asked them to clean it or if anyone has, they told me oh, the pool is fine. They actually said it was clean. I was terrified by that answer because being that this is Cancun, surrounded by BEAUTIFUL crystal waters, and sparkling clean pools- you would think they know the difference between a clean pool and one that isnt. Which they don't. So for that, I wouldn't want to come back
