When I booked a balcony room that costs more than the standard room, I also wanted a canopy to use the balcony; otherwise everything was fine.

The staff welcomed us warmly. The bar was also good. The rooms were neat and clean. The bathroom is a bit dated but fine. The extras like slippers, bathrobe, and free minibar were lovely.
