The location was great and the staff were friendly, but I asked for a room on the highest floor possible and got one on the first floor instead. The noise from guests upstairs, especially when they moved furniture, was a real problem, so I’ll definitely request a higher floor next time to avoid that.

The hotel’s location is excellent, allowing you to walk to all the main sights in Beja without long strolls, and the staff were flawless, always ready from before my arrival until check‑out. The room had all the necessary comforts, and breakfast offered plenty of quantity and variety. I wholeheartedly recommend it and can only thank them.

The hotel is well situated, clean, and the staff are very friendly. The breakfast coffee and juice were unpalatable.
