Lovely spot on the site; the road didn’t bother us at all, great views from the front, the property was perfectly clean with no problems—will return. Great transport links into Edinburgh; we used the park and stayed near the airport, only a 30‑minute drive. Nothing to complain about, everything was perfect.

The place was spotless and cozy, and the caravan felt so homely that it’s gorgeous. I liked the spot right on the front beach, and getting in and out from the main entrance was a breeze.

The caravan was spacious and modern, but it would have helped to have an air fryer, and the close proximity to the main road made it a bit noisy.

Lovely, pleasant location with kids. Short walk to the beach. Bus stop conveniently near. Long outstreched beach. Safe for kids to play and have a camping experience. We loved it. Racing cars on the road made lounging on the deck a challenge. Not much that the caravan owner can do about this. 2nd bedroom has 2 very narrow beds. Not too comfortable for an adult. Couches in living room not super clean. Even found a child's toy between the cushions
