The staff were super friendly and helpful across the board. Rooms and the dining area were very clean. Breakfast was great, though they should offer some non‑pork meat options and vegan sausages. The neighborhood is very convenient. I would definitely stay here again!

The location, good bed, and shower are positives. Hair on the floor of the bedroom looked like it came from a brush.

The staff were friendly, the beds were comfy, and the location is very good. The rooms are small and the lift wasn’t working.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean, bright, and reachable by elevator. It sits on a quiet street, a short walk to Queensway and Bayswater tube stations and Hyde Park. The room felt a bit small, though not smaller than I’d expected, and the beds could have been a touch more comfortable, but we appreciated having two beds since we were traveling together. We didn’t try the breakfast.

The location was good, and the room was fine; having a fridge and microwave was handy. Breakfast didn’t impress, so I’m glad I didn’t pay extra for it. On the second day of our week‑long stay the elevator stopped working, and the hot water for showers kept turning on and off—ended up taking four cold showers.
