The bed was comfortable, and the TV and Wi‑Fi were nice, but the shower in the room never got hot.

The room was dirty, the walls had cracks, the bed was not comfortable, and the sheets were awful 😭 I never used the towels, and the shower and toilet were outside, disgusting – I didn't even shower. Everything was bad.
