The quiet waterside location and the facilities were good, but beware: there are no alcoholic long drinks! You have to go down a floor next to the reception to grab alcohol in a “Humpen” and then make something at the soft‑drink machine upstairs. “Gin Tonic” is impossible! The crowd was somewhat ordinary; people in the same beachwear sat from morning to evening at the “Mensa” table, which says a lot about the vibe. The staff were friendly and the food was generally good. The house itself isn’t bad. You’ll see a lot of swimwear and swim gear at dinner, which you either like or you’re just that kind of person.

The staff and reception were very accommodating and friendly; we slept very well. The hotel’s all‑inclusive offer was a highlight: we were offered a buffet dinner for 25 € including drinks, which was amazing. We’ll definitely travel there again. Thank you. Everything was perfect!

The view of the lake was superb, and at night the lights of Limone glittered; it was very quiet with pleasant staff. The bike path to Malcesine was great, and breakfast was fine. The only downside was that it was all‑inclusive only – no restaurant or café. You have to travel 5 km to Malcesine. It can get noisy if you want to relax by the pool because the main street is right below.

The staff were very friendly, the bus stop was right in front of the hotel, and you could get pool towels for a deposit. However, the drinks at the “AI‑Zapfstelle” were often empty and only refilled after a reminder; the parking spaces were extremely narrow and tight – not suitable for SUVs. Smokers had very few ashtrays, the rental bikes were in poor condition, and the side lake view was only visible through a gap to the neighboring hotel.
