“Good location but not cleanly”

The location was convenient for a grocery store and various eateries. Unfortunately, each shower took over 10 minutes to heat up, a roach was present, and I was bitten by another bug.

The room had a strong cigarette smell. When I asked the staff if it was a smoking room, they denied it. We arrived around 10 pm and left at 4 am because we couldn’t tolerate the odor.

“One and done”

The cost was reasonable. The halls and rooms had a musty odor, parking was inadequate, and the bagels came without cream cheese or butter.

“Id rather shop round in the area next trip the hotel housekeeping was very sketchy”

The place was clean with minimal foot traffic, but the junkies around made it feel off. The housekeeping staff were sketchy and displayed attitude, from refusing to provide new towels to refusing complimentary breakfast. They also acted annoyed when guests parked randomly, as if we were intruding on their favorite spot. One male housekeeper/maintenance worker ran down the stairs sweating and looking like he’d just committed a crime when his boss asked where he was, giving off a drug‑addict vibe.
