We liked the hotel’s facilities: there’s a chimarrão spot and ample parking. I’d stay again only in rooms with a pool view (tip). The room we stayed in was on the fourth floor, had a small window, no window in the bathroom, only forced ventilation, no split AC, just the old window units. From that position, facing a busy road, it ruined my sleep and that of the friends in the adjacent room. I’d stay again, but only in rooms with an internal view.

There’s no external noise to disturb sleep, breakfast is well served, and all reception staff are very kind and helpful. Noise from guests in the corridors after 10 pm was a problem, and we had issues with the TV in one room, but that was fixed.

Excelente, o atendimento da recepção surpreendeu, aconchegante com uma lareira otima na recepção, o Sr. que acendia a a lareira para nós era muito amável, o café muito bom tbm!
