I loved the vibe, the gorgeous layout and the mirror by the pool! Unfortunately, there was no hot water during my stay.

It was very new. The only downside was having to go up and down the stairs with the luggage.

The property had a pleasant atmosphere, a nice swimming pool and plenty of space around it. My room was very spacious, and the Wi‑Fi was fast and reliable enough for remote work. Breakfast was freshly prepared each morning and consistently very good. Housekeeping supplied clean replacement towels whenever the room was cleaned, and the laundry service was also very helpful. Most importantly, every staff member was friendly and welcoming. The property is located quite far from the main road, along a narrow, muddy, damaged access road surrounded by construction. Grab cars and bikes could still reach it, but some drivers were surprised by the road. Parts of the room felt old and needed maintenance. The mattress was placed on a large cement platform instead of a regular bed frame. The door was stiff, rusty and hard to close properly. The shower spray was uncomfortably harsh and couldn’t be adjusted, although the hot water itself worked well. The air‑conditioning was underpowered for such a large room—I had to set it to 16 °C—and it occasionally made strange noises at night. Fixing the door, shower and AC would improve the stay considerably.

The exterior of the complex looked fine, and the surroundings were good. The hygiene, maintenance of the complex, room cleaning, staff service and communication were all lacking.
