Being in Old Town made sightseeing easy, and the staff were extremely friendly and gave us great restaurant recommendations, so we could enjoy delicious meals from the morning. The elevator we booked was broken throughout our stay, and the smart TV was missing, which made relaxing in the room inconvenient.

Everything was well organized, the room was large and pleasant to stay in, and the bed was incredibly comfortable while the staff were constantly at our service. In short, everything was fine.

Everything! The room was nice, the daily housekeeping was fantastic and to a very high standard. To top it all off the staff working the front counter are super friendly and we’re very helpful throughout our 7 night stay
