The hotel was nice and clean, with very friendly staff, very comfortable beds, beautiful rooms, and a lovely view of the city. The soap, shampoo, etc. smelled so good. Breakfast was tasty. When we return to Bursa, we’ll gladly come back. Thanks, Hampton by Hilton! There was nothing to complain about.

The location was excellent. The reception staff were inconsistent. The employee who handled my check‑in was very respectful and friendly, but the one who handled my check‑out was never friendly and was very dry in her approach. The breakfast was below the usual level.

Breakfast was good, but when I went with my two little girls the sofa‑bed they prepared for them was a wooden plank, and we had to fluff the blankets in the room to make it somewhat comfortable.
