Friendly staff and location, but a bit expensive for a 4‑star hotel.

The staff were nice, but the aircon wasn't on when we got into the room.

The hotel was beautiful, the staff friendly, and the breakfast excellent. The room was comfortable, spacious, and had great air conditioning. The location was a bit off‑beat from the main attractions, but the metro was nearby and easy to use once we figured it out.
