The staff are very friendly and warm. It felt like a family relationship for me, my room was clean and nicely arranged. Some requests I made were fulfilled without any back‑and‑forth. I’m very satisfied and will definitely come back! Even the farewell was warm and there was no check‑out hassle. The pool is currently under renovation, which was a surprise. Still, I’m very satisfied.

The front desk staff were truly friendly and went out of their way to help my family, even giving us solid tips on local tours. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay. The only hiccup was that the family lounge didn’t have enough chairs for everyone, which made it a bit cramped.
