The receptionist was friendly and competent. The staff at the breakfast buffet were careful. The furnishings were practical, complete with all signs and pictograms. The lotion had not been used for a while, so only a thin liquid appeared; shaking the container might have helped, but it was fixed to the wall. A solution would be to supply it separately, though theft is possible, or choose a different brand. The noise level is a bit high for Europeans: street traffic and footsteps from the upper floor at night.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The shower was amazing, with hot water at the perfect temperature. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

I appreciated that the hotel was clean. We stayed two nights, arriving on Friday. On Saturday morning there was no hot water in our room. We told the young lady at the front desk, and she said maintenance would be there at 9 to fix it; we left to explore downtown Nashville. By Sunday morning we still had no hot water. On Saturday we tried to grab breakfast in the lobby; we found fruit, yogurt, and juice, but after about 45 minutes the service stopped and no hot food was offered—no oatmeal, eggs, potatoes, or bacon—so we couldn’t enjoy the complimentary breakfast. Overall, it was a disappointing experience for our stay.
