Breakfast is good and the property is clean, but the shuttle only runs twice a day, which is too infrequent; it should be increased to serve the ferry.

The location was decent, but the front desk clerk was neither friendly nor helpful and couldn't locate our reservation. We were assigned two rooms that were awful: the A/C failed in both, and the TV was broken in one, forcing a move. During the morning shower, every soap and shampoo dispenser was empty. Breakfast was mediocre; the milk container was empty and the food quality was subpar. Overall, a very disappointing experience from start to finish.
