Nice breakfast, the reception staff were lovely and helpful, parking arrangements were good though not very clear when first booking, beautiful tiling throughout, the room was very nicely decorated, there was a bar available for a quiet nightcap, the location was quiet and just the right distance from town, the shower worked well, but there was a courtyard outside my room where people were smoking and the smoke entered my room, the beautiful flooring tiles were very noisy when people walked on them in hard‑soled shoes, a young member of staff at breakfast was far too talkative, chatting loudly across the room to a visiting colleague/friend, the shower was designed by a man for men, i.e. an overhead rain shower, and the shower cap was not enough to protect hair.

The staff were extremely helpful, the location in town was great, highly recommended, and there was absolutely nothing to report.
