The staff were very helpful, the room was spotless, and breakfast was enjoyable.

The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean, breakfast was very good, and overall it offered good value. The only downside was the limited food choice in the evening; otherwise, nothing.

The hotel and rooms were grubby, and breakfast was awful—coffee terrible and small quantities of badly cooked, poorly presented food came out of the kitchen sporadically and kept running out. On top of that, the elderly residents were treated with disrespect. It was really not a nice way to go to sleep or start the day.

The hotel was in a convenient location. The room was good and well cleaned, and the in‑room facilities were very good. However, the restaurant was somewhat disorganised: salt and pepper pots and other items were left on the seats, some tables weren’t cleared, and someone had even left a bag on the floor, creating a safety hazard.
