The shower was warm and the beds were nice, and you can reach Den Bosch from Zaltbommel station in just 10 minutes by train. We did feel a bit short of hospitality; the car wasn’t allowed to park at the B&B even though the description said otherwise (they said it was better not to). On Sunday the power went out in our room and the owners gave us no information, just left without explaining what happened or why. It was a shame to be stuck with wet hair at breakfast.

The room was nice, clean, and had everything you could need. It was also very quiet, which made resting easy. There’s even a small porch outside, perfect for sitting when the weather’s good. Marie‑Elise takes excellent care of everything. Breakfast was very good. And you can store your bicycle safely in their garage. Nothing negative.

The property was quite spacious and clean, and car parking was easy with plenty of spaces. The host was friendly and knowledgeable. The surrounding area was quite nice and it’s only a few minutes to the countryside.
