The hotel looks newly renovated. I was double‑charged and the hotel hasn’t refunded me yet.

Communication was very good and the staff spoke English well. We stayed off‑season, so the hotel wasn’t crowded. Our room was upgraded by the hotel, which we appreciated. There were two breakfast options: a full buffet and a cheaper, simpler one for a light bite. We chose the latter, which included a cappuccino and a slice of cake—both tasty and good value. The rooms are quiet despite the street, thanks to double‑glazed windows. The only downside is that getting to a restaurant is easier by car; otherwise, we had nothing else to mention.

The bed was comfortable. The room was very small, the bathroom lacked a shower curtain or glass, so almost everything got wet, and the breakfast was a bit underwhelming for a four‑star hotel.

I only stayed one night, but I fully enjoyed a large, properly cleaned room. The staff were very friendly.
