The breakfast buffet was great, the rooms were very cool, modern and nice. The bar was great, the bartender was fantastic. We ate and drank in the seating area on the canal and had an amazing time. One of the best places to stay. The gondolas and taxis stop right at the door to the hotel, so cool.

The location by the canal and a lovely bridge is beautiful. The small boutique property has a local feel to the service. The same couple of service managers you get to know. It’s out of the main thoroughfares but a few minutes walk to the Rialto Bridge, and another few minutes to San Marco square. Brilliant location for a romantic special occasion getaway! Very little; maybe if I was to neat pick, the bathroom gets fogged up after hot showers and the staff said that it is normal. The exhaust fan operates quietly and does the job. Toilet flush buttons didn’t bounce back after we push it but can be easily adjusted. We didn’t complain about this as it is minor for us.

The hotel is perfectly located: close to everything, yet tucked in a quiet little alley, with direct access to the lagoon. It’s even possible to arrive directly by boat, which makes the experience even more special. Right in front of the hotel, you can easily find gondolas to explore Venice. We were lucky to get an upgrade to a room with lagoon and gondola view: a particularly romantic setting. The room was very spacious and the décor really well done, far above what you usually find in Venice. The staff is also very welcoming and attentive, both at reception and at the bar. The bartender, in particular, gave us excellent advice. It’s also possible to sit by the water to have a drink and fully enjoy the setting. A very beautiful experience! My partner keeps an excellent memory of these 40 years in Venice. The only point I liked the least was the in-room breakfast, which I found poor, while I expected a colorful platter with fresh products. Even the tea selection is very limited.

Hotel excelente. Muito perto da Praça San Marco. O prédio é maravilhoso. Café da manhã ótimo. Restaurante bom. Gentileza de todos os atendentes. Espero ter oportunidade de voltar. Aqui está difícil
