We liked the location and the breakfast at the partner pastry shop, but the room’s cleanliness, lack of a kettle, inadequate blanket for the season, and the coldness were disappointing.

The price was reasonable, yet the mirror above the bed had two smears of dust, a corner of the room had an abandoned electrical cable tangled in grime, and the corridors were dusty everywhere.
