I was thrilled by the spot—just a hop from the Exhibition Centre, perfect for PAX, and the room, service, and buffet breakfast all hit the mark. I’d definitely come back.

Everything was solid, the location was spot‑on, and it ranks among the best places I’ve stayed. Only minor hiccups, like the shower seating not being ideal, but overall I couldn’t find any real negatives.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic, conveniently situated close to Crown, DFO South Wharf, and a great selection of bars and restaurants. The room was modern, beautifully presented, clean, and comfortable, making it a pleasure to stay in. The hotel is an excellent choice for anyone looking to enjoy the local attractions, shopping, and dining options. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it to others!. However, one major disappointment was the lack of parking, which was not communicated to us in advance. This made things inconvenient, particularly when arriving with a vehicle and having to organise alternative parking at the last minute. It would have been appreciated if this information had been clearly provided before booking so guests could plan accordingly

“Excellent location. Comfortable stay. Friendly staff”

The spot is excellent, just 300 m/5 min walk from Melbourne Convention Centre. The staff were friendly, attentive, and obliging, the room was well laid out, and refillable water was readily available.
