“Buena ubicación”

The place is comfortable and close to the peripheral. 1. The pillows are small and empty; you need almost three to feel comfortable, and a couple sharing one will suffer – upgrading pillows would be essential. 2. The breakfast bar layout is poorly distributed; customers cluster, making it hard to move. The coffee machine sits right at the entrance, causing a queue that blocks passage. Bread and toasters are tucked in a corner where people wait for bread without letting others pass; a rearrangement would make the flow smoother and reduce staff stress. 3. The parking area gets congested; staff should remind guests to use the designated bay to avoid blocking. I had to park between two columns because other cars occupied two spots comfortably.

Breakfast is a joke; it’s only available from 7 to 9 am, which is rude—better not offer anything at all.

The location is great if you’re heading to Banorte Stadium in CDMex for a show or game. The staff were friendly and everything else was excellent during the stay. I think the breakfast could have been more varied; there were few options, but a Continental style won’t disappoint.
