The spot was spot on for us, right next to the train station and in a pleasant neighborhood with plenty of nearby attractions. My room was spotless and had a homely vibe. The host was incredibly warm and helped us sort out everything we needed, which was a lifesaver since it was our first time in Italy. Nothing to complain about.

The palace and the room were elegant, very spacious and decorated with exquisite detail. The location was strategic, and the welcome was friendly. Everything was perfect!

The location was outstanding—very central—and the room was cleaned daily. The rooms were roomy and the host was available with a smooth check‑in. However, you couldn’t keep the windows open because of the smell of fried food coming in; there were no curtains; the beds were very uncomfortable with hard single mattresses and stiff pillows; and the only amenities were a carafe of water and a coffee machine.

The building was excellent, well furnished and welcoming, comfortable, central, and serviced by an elevator. The staff were friendly, quick, and efficient. Nothing else.
