The host was fantastic, giving clear instructions and staying in touch, even surprising us with a cornetto on Sunday as a local custom. The room matched the photos—clean, comfy, and tidy—with a great bed for a peaceful night’s sleep. The metro is just a 10‑minute walk away. No complaints at all!

Moreno proved to be a superb host, arranging everything smoothly, booking a taxi, letting us leave luggage on the day of departure, and his wife offered excellent restaurant suggestions. A couple of plates and knives would have been handy in the kitchenette, and a towel change after four days would have been nice, but we requested it and it was handled immediately.

The host was very responsive and caring, and the room had everything needed. The common area includes a coffee machine and microwave. The hotel’s location is excellent, in a pleasant building close to the metro, with a large supermarket, laundry, and free parking nearby.
