The overall condition of the hotel was very poor, ragged, with strange odors everywhere; the curtains were torn and wouldn’t close properly, and there were crudely patched holes in the wallboard.

The staff were very helpful and courteous and worked hard to accommodate us—thank you so much! The only downside was the rain from the N'or Easter.

The room smelled like cigarettes and mold, the bed linens were dirty, and the chairs were filthy. No maintenance issues were mentioned.

There were ants crawling on the bed, the breakfast bagels were hard as rock, and the area where you make waffles was a mess.
