The location was great, the rooms were basic but clean, and Serena was incredibly helpful before and during our stay. A great find in Naples! The only note is that the room is two floors up, so you’ll need to use the stairs or pay 50 cents for the loft; the hotel does provide loft tokens when you arrive with luggage, which is a nice touch.

Quirky and well‑located near the metro, bars, and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful. We didn’t really dislike anything.

The spot was spot on, just a stroll away from great restaurants and bars, and the streets stayed quiet at night, which was a nice touch. The room was spacious and filled with natural light, and having breakfast delivered to the room was a pleasant surprise. We only stayed one night, so it did its job. The staff were friendly and helpful. The place was clean enough, but the maintenance left something to be desired: the walls in our room were full of marks and scratches, the curtains looked like they needed a wash, and overall it felt a bit unkept. The bed wasn’t very comfortable, but we managed since it was just one night. Water pressure was fine, yet the bathroom felt cramped compared to the size of the bedroom.

Serena veľmi milá a nápomocná.Izba priestranná a hlavne veľmi tichá.Nepočut nič z ulice.Blízko je metro.Raňajky sme mali formou Room servise ,mohli sme si vybrať ktorú hodinu nám budú naservírovane. Trochu nás zastrašili centrálne vchodové staré dvere.Ked chcete používať výťah, platí sa 0,50 centov .Chýbali nám zubné kefky a šľapky .A kávovar v izbe nebol vyčistený .Vankúše nepohodlné

The location was good for reaching the city’s tourist spots, and the courtyard kept it quiet. The room turned out smaller than expected and offered little storage. Breakfast was delivered to the room, which was a waste of money; we ate on the bed because there was no space for two people, and only 50 % of the order was delivered. I’d suggest booking without breakfast and using a nearby café instead.
