“Excelent.”
Rah at the front desk was wonderful, and the breakfast waiters—especially Carlos—were excellent; I would definitely stay again and recommend it, though the room felt a little small.

Everything was spotless, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and respectful. The shower was damaged and had some stains, but it was still clean enough that I didn't mind it.

The facilities were fine, but I booked a room for five people and was given one for four; when I complained they only offered a cot.

The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and they were very accommodating.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were kind, patient, and polite, but my room was uncomfortably hot and the air conditioning kept shutting off. The lobby had a strong odor that gave me a migraine.
