The hotel was pretty and the stay was nice, but it is far from Alexandria city.

The staff were amazing and very polite, the hotel and rooms were clean, the beds and pillows comfortable, the A/C worked well, the elevator was good, the garden was nice, the breakfast was good, and the water pressure was good—everything was fine.

Location, cleanliness, quietness, service. Car parking is difficult to find a spot and the breakfast buffet must be improved in quality, especially the bread and all pastries
