I really like that hotel—it’s very comfortable, with good facilities, restaurant, food, and physical spaces. Access to an excellent beach is a plus; I’ve stayed there several times and always choose Margaritaville when I visit that area. My issue was with the front‑desk staff during check‑out. It’s been a recurring problem—I’ve stayed about four times because I like it, but the checkout experience is always rough, the service is terrible, and I leave upset. It’s a shame because I enjoy the hotel, but the last minute checkout ruins my stay.
