The room was filthy, there was no phone, it stank, and the beds were dirty.

The location was great for visiting Cadillac Ranch and Palo Duro Canyon, breakfast was average, and parking was excellent. Unfortunately, on the morning of our departure we found ants in the bathroom, both the sink and shower, so a bit more care would be welcome.

The beds were comfortable, the linens were clean, the room was quiet, and the bathroom was spacious. The overall cleanliness could have been improved.
