“Fantastic property!”

The place sits right on the amphitheater’s doorstep, so I was only hit by a little street noise in the evenings—expected in such a central spot—but it was perfectly quiet at night. The property was spotlessly clean; I couldn’t fault the tidiness at all. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Franzi who arranged the fastest way from the airport to Lecce and even recognised me on the street, asking how my holiday was going. His hospitality left a lasting impression, and I’d gladly come back.

“Ideaal om stad te bezoeken”

The location is central and the accommodation is beautiful. However, there were no brushes on the roller blinds, so they rattled all night from the wind and made it impossible to sleep. When the blinds were raised, too much light flooded the room. This needs to be fixed by an installer!

The location is exceptional—no car access, but an agent will pick you up at a nearby point, park your car, and return it on request 30 minutes before departure for €15/day. The accommodation is spacious (room + dining area with kitchenette), comfortable, well‑equipped, and aesthetically pleasing, and it’s extremely clean. The staff are very welcoming, helpful, and speak good English. It’s quiet, even though it’s in the city centre. The breakfast served in the room needs improvement in quantity and variety: only one very small loaf, no omelette (just hard‑boiled eggs), miniature portions of items like butter, and only one cup of hot beverage with no refills. In short, the suite is generous and cosy, but the breakfast is disappointing.

The location is excellent. Nothing to complain about.

The strategic position and welcoming environment, along with the extreme cordiality of the staff and owner, are great. The internal exposure of our suite is a drawback.
