The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious, but the lighting was stingy, lacking a central fixture, making the place feel quite gloomy.

I asked whether breakfast was included, and the receptionist said yes, but the next day we were told it wasn’t and it cost 12,000 pesos—a steep price for just scrambled eggs, a bit of bread, and a few sweets. The staff service was awful, and when I requested the complaints book they refused to give it, claiming they didn’t know where it was.

Everything was clean overall, especially the mattresses and sheets. The room had a slight odd smell that didn’t bother me much. Breakfast was plentiful, especially the variety of breads. The stay was good, and my family appreciated it. The only downside was a strange chemical scent—maybe from the carpet—and we were three people but only received two towels.
