Great accommodation in a great spot, clean, pretty, and organized. I can only recommend it! Nothing was lacking.

The location is great, right next to the train station and bus stop, and there’s a fantastic market, restaurant, and ice‑cream shop nearby. The shower leaked from the sides, so it didn’t work properly. The room lacked enough furniture: a slightly larger table and chair were missing, plus no luggage support. Moreover, no one was there to greet us at check‑in; all information was passed through a web page, causing confusion. We arrived in Sorrento before the check‑in time, and the place to leave our bags was far from the accommodation. Finally, communication was only via messages; no one was nearby throughout our stay.
